Walking through the French Quarter takes more than a day. The smell of cooking, the

sound of horse drawn carriages, the riverboats bellowing on the Mississippi, coffee

brewing, pralines everywhere and, if its Monday, red beans & rice. At nighttime end the

meal with bread pudding. Afterwards elbow your way to the bar for a hurricane. You will
